Creating your UNATION Business Profile

Creating a captivating business page on UNATION is quick, easy, and completely free. This step-by-step guide will walk you through how to showcase your business, attract new customers, and make it easier for users to learn what you’re all about.

Follow these steps for success

Let's start with the basics.

  • Press Business Profile on your dashboard. You'll see it either on the middle of the screen or an icon on the left hand menu.

  • Once you're there, click the + Business button to create a new Business Profile, found in the middle of your screen.

  • Start creating your Business Profile by entering the necessary details!

  1. Business name: Write your business name.

  2. Theme image: You will need a minimum of 5 high quality images that best represent your business. Try to have a variety and make it about the ambiance and the experience. Avoid images with text.

    1. Don't use HEIC formatted images, they will not work and you will need to convert them to a JPG.

  3. Description: This is important! You want to make this section captivating. This is where you leave an impression on a potential new customer. Describe your business to the best of your ability, and include anything and everything that makes your business unique to others. You can also use the format options to have links, bolded words, bullet points and more!

  1. Location: type your address and select from the dropdown that populates.

  2. Add more details

    • Parking info: If your business is located in an area with difficult parking, this would be a great space to include helpful tips on where to park.

    • Business hours: Toggle this section on, and update the dates/times your business is open. If it's closed on a certain day, you will see a check box on the left hand side you can check for that day.

  1. Final details

    • Category: Choose the category and subcategory that best resonates with your business. This helps our users find your business when they search for a specific category.

    • Tags: Similar to the above, select at least 3 tags that best resonate with your business. This will also help our users find your business.

    • Contact info: Include your website link and business phone number so that our users can learn more about your business.

    • Social accounts: Include all business social accounts you have. This will also give users the ability to learn more about your business.

Managing your Business Profile

If you need to adjust anything on your profile see below how you can manage your Business Profile.

  • When you're on the UNATION dashboard, you can find your Business Profile:

  • Edit: If you need to make any edits to your Business Profile, click here

    • Example scenarios for edits:

      • Maybe your hours changed and you need to adjust for the season

      • Added another location

      • Rotating any photos for the season, or some arent applicable anymore to remove

  • Delete: If you need to delete your Business Profile, click here

  • View: This will show what it looks like on the frontend to users if you want to view it

  • Duplicate: If you opened a new location, that would be a great use of this tool
